Go Scholars STEAMUp Summer Workshop: “A Day in the Life – Magic Workshop with Michael Ray”
Join us for an interactive one-day STEAM-based workshop where students will explore the exciting world of magic, creativity, entertainment, and performance.
Participants will hear Michael Ray share his personal journey into the field of magic and performance, including the opportunities, challenges, pros, and cons of pursuing a creative STEAM career path. Students will engage in hands-on learning activities where they will learn beginner magic tricks and illusions while developing confidence, communication, creativity, presentation abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Through fun and engaging instruction, participants will experience the power of imagination while exploring unique pathways within creative arts and entertainment. This workshop is designed to inspire youth to think creatively, build self-confidence, and discover how creativity and performance connect with STEAM learning and future career opportunities.
